Right now, we’re hiring a Customer Success Engineer at a Series A AI startup building an AI colleague for real estate teams. It’s an early-career seat reporting straight to the CTO.

Real estate runs on paperwork. This team built an AI assistant that clears it, so property professionals spend their time closing deals.

What you’ll do:

• Support customers and get them using the product properly
• Build the guides, comms and training that drive adoption
• Feed product issues and ideas back to engineering

• 1-3 years’ experience in a customer-facing or technical role
