Planning Solicitor (1-5 PQE) – Hybrid Real Estate

Ward Hadaway is seeking an ambitious Planning Solicitor to join its Real Estate team in Leeds or Newcastle. The role targets applicants with 1–5 years’ PQE and a drive to advance within a leading UK firm. You will work on complex planning, development, and highway matters for a diverse client base.

You will contribute to s106, CIL, and enforcement work while collaborating closely with experienced specialists. The team supports growth and flexible, hybrid office arrangements.
