Litigation File Handler – Fraud & Insurance Claims

Davies is seeking a Litigated File Handler – Delegated in Bolton. The role involves managing a caseload of litigated RTA fraud cases under delegated authority, working with a team of fraud specialists and Lead Lawyers to achieve commercially sound results.

You will follow defined processes, apply forensic analysis to evidence, and focus on timely decision making within case strategy to benefit clients and the firm.
