Assistant Site Manager – Residential Build with Bonus Scheme

Untypical Limited is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join the Delapre Point project in Northampton. You will support the Site Manager to coordinate trades, manage labour and materials, and ensure customer-focused service across a 217-home development.

Key duties include coordinating trades, attending Build/Sales meetings with the Sales Team, deputising when required, and maintaining a safe, well-resourced site that delivers on time and to the highest standards.
