Dairy Industry Schemes & Assurance Manager

Dairy UK Limited is seeking a motivated Industry Schemes Manager to administer the DTAS and AIMS schemes, ensuring safe, hygienic milk transport and compliant milk trading. You will maintain membership databases, prepare certificates, and coordinate council meetings, both online and in person.

You will produce regular milk production reports, gather cheese stock data, and support submissions to Government and European bodies, working closely with a small, collaborative team.
