Building Manager

Ready to take ownership of a commercial building and really make it your own?

I’m working with an established property management business looking for an experienced Building Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a commercial property in Central London.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the key point of contact on site, ensuring the building is well run, compliant and delivering a great experience for occupiers.

Overview:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the building
• Managing contractors and suppliers across cleaning, security, maintenance and other services
• Building strong relationships with occupiers, clients and key stakeholders
• Ensuring health & safety and statutory compliance standards are maintained
• Monitoring maintenance and operational issues through to resolutionli>
• Supporting wider property and facilities management requirements
• Maintaining high standards across the building and identifying areas for improvement

What they’re looking for:

• Previous Building or Facilities Management experience within commercial property
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of building operations and maintenance
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
• Confident, organised and comfortable taking ownership
• IOSH or NEBOSH would be beneficial but isn’t essential
