Facilities Manager, Soft Services & Workplace Experience

Hastings Direct is seeking a Facilities Manager – Soft Services to lead a range of services across Conquest House in a hybrid setup. The role focuses on safe, welcoming and efficient workplace operations, including housekeeping, security, catering, events and supplier management.

You will oversee budgets, compliance, and supplier relationships, while driving continuous improvement and elevating the employee and visitor experience. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement are essential.
