Arts Charity General Manager (Hybrid) – HR & Finance Lead

Take Art in Somerset is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, HR, finance and office management. This hybrid role combines strategic oversight with hands-on administration to support artistic delivery across the region.

You will manage HR and financial processes, ensure policy compliance, oversee supplier contracts and IT, coordinate projects and events, and prepare board reports including financial updates.
