Assistant Manager – Hospitality Leader, Flexible Hours

Loungers’ Cosy Club in St Albans is recruiting an Assistant Manager to lead the team, maintain service standards and deliver memorable guest experiences across brunch, dining and evenings.

Base salary £33,500–£36,500, plus up to £3k bonus and Tronc £8.5k–£11k; overtime paid. Benefits include meals on duty, 50% off food and drinks from day one, and Wagestream pay access. Christmas Day off and two days off weekly feature in our schedule.
