Customer Experience Specialist (Community Focus)

Co-operative Bank plc in Solihull is seeking a friendly Customer Service Advisor to join our branch team. You will help customers with a wide range of needs, handle cash transactions carefully and maintain accurate admin, while delivering a warm, efficient service.

This full-time role runs 8.45am–5pm Monday to Friday and on Saturdays on a rota, with a benefits package including 28 days’ holiday, a discretionary bonus, a personal pension, and guidance on wellbeing.
