Operational Resilience Manager

• Largely remote with some travel to UK offices
• Up to £65k + bonus

We are partnering with a UK regulated financial services business to hire an Operational Resilience Manager. You will design, embed and mature the framework that keeps its Important Business Services within impact tolerance, with direct reporting to the Board.

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement the operational resilience framework, policy and strategy across the Retail division
• Support Important Business Service owners with mapping, tracking, MI and governance reporting
• Run annual scenario testing, including physical and desktop exercises, and chair the remediation working group for open vulnerabilities
• Lead the annual self-assessment to the Board
• Challenge new and changing products, processes and IT services from a resilience perspective, acting as the go-to SME

What you’ll need

• Operational resilience experience within UK regulated financial services, with strong knowledge of the regulatory environment
• Proven ability to understand complex end-to-end processes, including technology, servicing and customer impacts
• Strong project leadership and the influencing skills to build relationships at every level of the business
