Do you have an AV background with project management experience? Are you looking for a Project Management role with a leading company, known for their innovative AV solutions across high-end residential properties?
On offer is a fantastic opening within a leader in luxury residential technology solutions across the UK. Where you will join a close-knit service and maintenance team, you will be at the forefront of installing and commissioning the sophisticated systems across the UK with a focus on the North West.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing 20-25 contact staff on site, and quality assurance for audio-visual, lighting control, home cinemas, golf simulators, IT networks, CCTV, and access control systems. Daily tasks include on-site service visits, scheduled maintenance, and minor upgrades, with occasional support for installation projects.

The Role:
- Manage contract staff on smart home projects
- Offer technical support and on-site visits
- Assist with installations and system upgrades
- Using programs such as Lutron, Crestron and Control 4
- Monday – Friday with UK wide travel
