CRM Growth Lead: Lifecycle & Data-Driven Marketing (Hybrid)

Miele is seeking a highly organised CRM Manager to join our UK team in Abingdon with a planned move to Reading in 2027. You will own the end-to-end CRM strategy, drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value through data-led lifecycle marketing initiatives.

This role involves end-to-end CRM execution, onboarding, activation, engagement and re-engagement journeys, planning the calendar and collaborating with Global CRM to align local needs with global programs.
