Most luxury skincare brands reach for the same visual language. This one has its own. Founded in 2006 and built on a thermal-bathing heritage dating back to the 1860s.
Stocked in the world’s most prestigious department stores, with a cult following among beauty insiders, this is a brand where the creative function is still being built, and this is one of its first permanent hires – that is the point. You would be the hands-on guardian of the visual identity across everything the brand puts out, rather than one designer inside a large, already-fixed system.
The Role
Involved in the design language end-to-end across campaign visuals, packaging, limited editions, digital, paid social, PR collateral, and in-store visual merchandising. You’ll take work from concept through to delivery.
Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll lead bi-monthly content shoots alongside external studios, managing photographers and production partners.
The Package
External training investment to grow your motion and AI capability

The Person
You’re a Designer with around four years’ experience, most likely in-house at a beauty, skincare or luxury lifestyle brand, or at a studio servicing them.
You know the category – NPD artwork, regulatory detail, the asset funnel from campaign to CRM – and your Adobe toolkit is strong, with motion capability and, ideally, some exposure to AI-generated assets. You want to bring ideas, not only follow them.
A more diverse team is a more creative team.
It’s our job to build teams of people, and we’re proud to bring together a global network of diverse talent.
All applicants will be considered without regard to race, nationality, religious persuasion, sexual orientation, sex, marital or parental status, physical ability, gender, or age.
