Hybrid Trainer & Assessor – Residential Childcare

Acorn Training is seeking an experienced assessor/trainer to deliver high-quality teaching, coaching and assessment for Level 4/5 Residential Childcare apprentices. The role supports learners toward end-point assessments, including induction and ongoing progress reviews.

You will manage a diverse caseload, collaborate with employers, maintain records, and ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory requirements while promoting inclusive learning across multiple sites
