Duty Manager – Fitness Club | Member Experience & Sales Leader

Nuffield Health is seeking a Duty Manager for its Farnham Fitness and Wellbeing Club. This 24-hour-per-week, part-time role is paid pro-rata (£29,972.63) plus sales commission.

You’ll oversee club operations, open/close on shift, drive member satisfaction, mentor staff and help achieve sales targets while maintaining safety standards. Strong communication, a customer‑centric mindset and the ability to lead by example are essential.
