Creative Sous Chef – Modern European Kitchen (City of London)

Vacherin is seeking a confident Sous Chef to join our award-winning hospitality team at City of London. You will work closely with the Chef Manager to deliver a varied European-inspired menu, ensuring high-quality, freshly prepared dishes and meticulous presentation.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, in a busy hospitality environment. You will be responsible for maintaining HACCP standards and contributing to ongoing kitchen improvements and staff collaboration.
