Construction Health & Safety Lead – Hybrid

CJS Recruitment Limited is seeking a proactive Health, Safety & Operations Support Manager to support our construction operations and maintain high standards of health and safety across multiple projects.

Reporting directly to the Directors, this hands–on role involves site audits, compliance, documentation and operational support with regular visits to live sites. You will champion H&S policies, manage RAMS/CPPs, and assist with ISO readiness—hybrid working between office and sites is offered.
