Lead Sous Chef — Elevate Guest Experience & Kitchen Ops

RH is seeking an experienced Sous Chef in London to lead daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef. You will mentor and coach team members, help recruit and onboard staff, and drive labor and food cost controls while maintaining RH’s high culinary standards.
