Pybus Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a successful automotive retailer to recruit an ambitious and driven Business Manager for their dealership in Walton-on-Thames.
This is an outstanding opportunity for either an experienced Business Manager or a high-performing Senior Sales Executive looking to take the next step in their automotive career. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving dealership performance, developing colleagues, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role
As Business Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the dealership’s sales operation whilst ensuring customers receive the highest levels of service, transparency, and professionalism throughout their buying journey.
Working closely with the management team, you will help drive departmental performance, coach colleagues, and ensure all finance and insurance products are presented and administered compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, coach, and develop Sales Executives to maximise performance and customer satisfaction
- Promote finance and insurance products that genuinely meet customer needs
- Ensure all sales processes remain compliant and customer-focused
- Monitor and improve finance and insurance performance against targets
- Assist in forecasting, planning, and business performance analysis
- Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across the dealership offering
- Accurately manage reporting, customer records, and performance data
- Work collaboratively with departmental managers to achieve business objectives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- A customer-first approach with strong commercial awareness

- Full UK Driving Licence
