Pharmacy Development Manager

TERRITORY: SCOTLAND Zenopa are partnered with a well-known contract sales organisation, servicing retail pharmacy who are seeking 2x Pharmacy Development Managers to join their field-based team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and healthcare assistants, speaking with them daily.
• Deliver training on new brands, product launches and other relevant updates to pharmacy teams and healthcare assistants.
• Complete regular reporting, including tracking how products are performing in-store.
• Capture sales via transfer orders To gather insight on in store and product competition activity, pricing, display and service.
• To attend team briefing meetings with the client, account managers and marketing teams to support knowledge development and prepare for future call cycles.

Person Specification

• Able to build rapport and develop trusted relationships with key staff Effective time management and journey planning capabilities.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in field-sales, merchandising, training or educating pharmacy teams or in a similar industry.

NEW GRADUATES (Open to different degrees) WILL ALSO BE CONSIDERED AS WELL AS CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE IN PHARMACY.
