BCT Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Automotive Sales Executive stepping into a Business Manager role at Avonmouth site. You will manage the second stage of the sales process, drive finance product sales and coach Sales Consultants.
You will work with the General Manager to monitor KPIs, support deals, and progress into dealership management. 8:15am-6:00pm, Monday-Saturday, with an uncapped OTE and 23 days holidays.
