Deputy Manager, Therapeutic Children’s Home | Sleep-Ins

Esland Care in the East Midlands is seeking a nurturing Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager at The Old School House, a four-bed children’s residential home. The role is on rota with 173 hours per month, including sleep nights; salary £34,000–£39,000 per year.

You will lead on duty rotas, oversee safeguarding and Ofsted readiness, and champion trauma-informed care. A minimum 12 months supervisory experience, Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and a UK driving licence are required.
