Patient Care Advisor – Medical Receptionist (Edinburgh)

NHS Scotland is seeking a Patient Care Advisor (medical receptionist) for Niddrie Medical Practice in Edinburgh. The role is 35 hours per week with a permanent contract. You will be part of a friendly team and handle front-desk duties, patient queries and appointment administration.

Strong communication, teamwork and computer skills are essential; training on our Vision system will be provided. Experience in a medical practice is helpful but not required.
