L3 Learning Support Practitioner — Phonics & Inclusion

Temple Meadow Primary School in Cradley Heath seeks an experienced Learning Support Practitioner Level 3 to support children’s learning and development. You will work with teachers to provide tailored support, including for children with additional needs, using a child-centered, flexible approach.

The role involves delivering phonics using Little Wandle, supporting Early Years and Key Stage 1, and providing targeted in-class interventions to raise attainment. DBS and safeguarding are required.
