Mental Health Support Worker – Impactful 37.5h Shifts

Cygnet Hospital Bury Dunes is seeking a confident Mental Health Support Worker to join our adult wards. The role entails working with service users with various personality disorders and mental health needs, on 37.5 hours per week with a pattern of day, night and weekend shifts.

Successful applicants will undergo a 3-week induction, and the team provides a supportive, learning-focused environment with coaching, supervision, and opportunities for apprenticeship schemes.
