Nursery Deputy Manager – Lead Care & Operations (Term Time)

Holy Cross Pre-school Nursery and Kids’ Club is seeking a Nursery Deputy Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the setting in the manager’s absence, ensuring high standards of childcare, safeguarding, and Ofsted compliance.

You will work alongside the nursery manager, promote our ethos, develop staff, manage occupancy and budgets, and build strong relationships with parents and local providers. The role offers term-time working with CPD opportunities and paid wellbeing day.
