Senior Health Care Assistant (Nights) — Lead a Caring Team

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Senior Health Care Assistant to join Wheldale Heights care home in Castleford. This full-time night role (42, 48 hours) offers a rate of £14.27 per hour and a chance to lead a small care team under the Nurse in Charge.

You will support residents with personal care, meals, health and wellbeing needs, and encourage social activities, while promoting dignity, independence and respect. You will also supervise colleagues and ensure high-quality care documentation.
