Orchard Care Homes Ltd. is seeking a Specialist Support Worker (Dementia) in the Warrington area. The role requires an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and at least 6 months’ Dementia care experience. 22–44 hours per week, night shifts, with a strong emphasis on compassionate, respectful care.
You will build relationships with residents and families, support daily living activities, and receive dedicated dementia training while working within a multidisciplinary team.
