Nursery Room Manager – Lead & Grow in Early Years

Little Elms Daycare Bromley is seeking a Nursery Room Manager for the Baby Room. Based in Bromley, you will lead a small team, oversee daily routines, and ensure high standards of care in line with EYFS guidance.

The role offers a full-time, 40-hour week with a shift from 8:30am to 5:30pm, a £30,160–£31,200 salary, and a £1,000 welcome bonus. You must have Level 3+ in Early Years, EYFS knowledge, and strong communication. Sponsorship is not available for international workers.
