Court-Based Witness Support Deputy Lead

Victim Support in York is seeking a Deputy Team Leader – Witness Service (Court-Based) to coordinate high-quality support for witnesses attending multiple courts in North Yorkshire. You will assist the Team Leader, oversee case allocations, audits, and data reporting, while developing staff and volunteers, ensuring safeguarding and trauma-informed practice across the court cluster.

Role involves travel across courts, occasional evenings or weekends, and an Enhanced DBS check will be required.
