Compassionate Care Assistant – Full-Time, Flexible Shifts

Bluebird Care Rushcliffe & Melton is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team, delivering high-quality, person-centred care in customers’ homes.

You’ll provide personal care, support daily living tasks, and follow care plans, with full training provided. The role offers full-time hours (35–40 per week), a pay rate of £15.00–£15.50 per hour, and bank holiday enhancements. DBS check and training are funded.
