Urgent Care Navigator – Part-Time, Flexible Hours

Blackpool Victoria Hospital is seeking an Urgent and Emergency Care Navigator to join the Blackpool Urgent Treatment Centre on a permanent part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for patients and will help navigate them to the most appropriate care pathway.

You will book ambulances, handle telephone enquiries, retrieve medical records and provide administrative support to the Urgent and Emergency Care Teams as required.
