SEMH Outreach Support Worker – 1:1 Pupil Support

North Herts Education Support Centre is seeking a Primary Outreach Support Worker to provide 1:1 outreach support for pupils with SEMH difficulties across North Herts primary schools. The role involves collaborating with families, schools and other professionals to foster positive long-term change.

The appointment is a 1-year commission service post, 5 days per week (maximum 32 hours), with an ASAP start or within notice.
