Community Outreach Care Worker: Empowering Independence

NHS Highland’s Learning Disability Service is seeking Outreach Social Care Support Workers to join our team in Skye & Lochalsh. You will support individuals with learning disabilities, dementia, and older adults in their own homes, promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.

2 full-time posts (36 hours/week) are available. You’ll work independently and as part of a wider health and social care team, with lone work, shifts including nights/weekends, and local travel.
