Home Care Assistant – Reigate

Nurse Seekers are currently recruiting a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Care Assistant to support clients in Reigate and the surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous care experience who are looking to develop their skills and make a positive impact by helping people maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

The Role

As a Home Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities.




• Supporting clients with their individual care needs and routines.




• Assisting with meal preparation and light household tasks where required.




• Offering companionship and emotional support.




• Promoting clients’ independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.




• Following care plans and ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding are maintained.

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have some previous experience within the care sector.




• Be a driver with a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to reliable transport.




• Have the full right to work in the UK.




• Be compassionate, patient, reliable, and committed to delivering person-centred care.




• Have good communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others.
