Year 3 HLTA & Behaviour Mentor – Long-Term (Manchester)

Aspire People are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Central Manchester for a Behaviour Mentor / HLTA to support a Year 3 class. The role combines strong classroom leadership and behaviour management with opportunities to lead PPA cover.

The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to create a positive learning environment, support pupils with behavioural needs and help raise attainment on a long-term, full-time basis.
