Recovery Support Worker – Flexible Schedule

Bridge Support is seeking a Flexible Support Worker to help clients transition from hospital to their homes, delivering outcome‑focused support for individuals with enduring mental health needs over a 24‑month period.

You will work on a 2‑week rolling rota with 5 early shifts (08:00–16:00) and late shifts (13:30–21:30), including one weekend every two weeks, across Basildon sites. A permanent contract is offered with flexible arrangements.
