Community Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner (Outreach)

Change Mental Health is seeking a Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner (Outreach) to join the Fife Services team. The role focuses on delivering one-to-one community-based support for adults affected by mental illness, with travel across the Fife region and collaboration with Kingdom Housing Association staff.

The role requires your own vehicle and a driving licence, SVQ 3 or equivalent experience, and SSSC registration within six months.
