PCN Mental Health Recovery Specialist

Norfolk and Waveney Mind is recruiting for a Primary Care Network (PCN) Recovery Worker based in Norwich and surrounding areas. The role involves travel to GP practices, lone-working, and delivering recovery-focused support within PCNs to reduce GP re-presentations.

You will work with patients 14+ with mental health needs, with opportunities for upskilling in areas like Dementia, Bereavement, ADHD/Autism, and youth services, subject to interview discussion.
