Community Mental Health OT (Band 5) – Relocation Support

Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Community Mental Health team. You will work across the C & E Centre and The Gables, providing OT assessments and interventions in community settings to promote independence and recovery.

You will be supported by experienced OT colleagues and the wider MDT, with regular supervision, training and professional development opportunities.
