Trauma-Informed Residential Support Worker (Isle of Lewis)

Action for Children is seeking Residential Workers for Hillcrest House in Stornoway, Isle of Lewis. You will provide trauma-informed, nurturing support to care-experienced young people in a safe home environment.

This permanent role includes a 37-hour full-time contract with a 24/7 rota, training and development opportunities, generous leave and pension benefits. Sleep-ins are paid in addition to salary, with supervision to support your progression.
