Senior Support Worker – Permanent

Location: Sheffield (multiple UK locations available)

Salary: £28,080–£37,440 per annum

Hours: 36–48 hours per week

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Sirona Medical is recruiting experienced Senior Support Workers on behalf of a growing healthcare provider with permanent opportunities across the UK.

We are looking for motivated, compassionate and experienced care professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional support and helping colleagues maintain high standards of care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Support Worker ready to progress or an established Senior Support Worker seeking a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support.
• Support and guide colleagues in their day-to-day duties.
• Promote independence, dignity, safety and wellbeing.
• Assist with implementing and reviewing individual support plans.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures.
• Support team leaders and management in maintaining high standards.
• Act as a positive role model for colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within health or social care.
• Experience as a Senior Support Worker or demonstrable leadership potential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A good understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care.
• A compassionate, proactive and professional approach.

Salary & Benefit

• £28,080–£37,440 per annum, depending on contracted hours.
