Community Health Care Assistant — 36h Flexible Shifts

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (North Wales) is recruiting a Band 3 Health Care Assistant for 36 hours per week based in Wrexham. The role focuses on community care, helping patients remain independent at home and working within an Integrated Multidisciplinary Community Health Care team.

The post offers induction, career development and opportunities to learn skills such as venepuncture and clinical observation with training and competencies. Welsh language ability is desirable.
