Team Leader – Adult Supported Living (Derby)

Swanton Care in Derby is recruiting a Team Leader to support people in the community who have moved on from more complex services. The role involves leading a core team, providing practical and emotional support, and ensuring care plans are followed.

You will work across days and nights, with full-time hours (37.5 per week). Applicants must have SVQ Level 3 or equivalent, experience with challenging behaviour or learning disabilities, and a valid driving licence.
