Residential Care Team Lead (Trauma-Informed)

Crystal Care Solutions is seeking a committed Team Leader to join our residential children’s homes in the UK. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, and contribute to care plan development to ensure trauma-informed, high-quality care for young people with complex needs.

The role requires safeguarding knowledge, leadership, and strong communication. Weekend sleep-ins and full UK driving licence are expected; Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent is essential.
