Therapeutic Residential Support Worker

Homes2Inspire is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker in Burton-on-Trent to provide day-to-day care, emotional support, and therapeutic guidance for children and young people with complex needs. You will build strong relationships, promote independence, and help access education and activities within a supportive team.

The role requires resilience, flexibility for shifts and sleep-ins, and a willingness to complete the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
