Strategic Primary Mental Health Lead

Teaching Vacancies is seeking a Designated Mental Health Lead (Primary Setting) to lead the school’s SEMH strategy from a senior position. You will collaborate with SLT, SENDCo, and the MHST to embed a whole-school approach to mental health and wellbeing.

You will design early intervention pathways, support emotional regulation in primary-aged pupils, and act as a bridge between families and external services to secure timely help.
