Job Description:
The Berkshire Sensory Consortium is seeking an Inclusion Practitioner to support families of children aged 0-18 with SEND within Family Hub and Early Years settings. A focus on the 0-5 age range will be part of the Best Start Family Hub strategy.
You will provide frontline SEND support, run drop-ins, group sessions, stay-and-play activities and home visits, and work with multi-agency partners. A Level 3 SEND qualification and a valid driving licence are essential.
