Compassionate Care Assistant — Flexible Hours & Training

Lancashire County Council is seeking caring, reliable individuals to support older people across Lancashire in a part-time capacity at Broadfield House Residential Care Home, Leyland. Training will be provided with induction and Care Certificate courses to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

Shifts are varied (22.5, 17.5, 19, 18 hours) with a 2-week rota including alternating weekends. Salary is pro rata to full-time equivalent, and sponsorship is not offered for this role.
